B&G Organics strives for complete satisfaction with each purchase of our products. We are a small company, so feedback is important to us as we continue to bring our customers, the highest quality products possible. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, you may return the product for either an exchange or refund.

returns at a retail store

If you purchased from a retail store, please contact that store about their return policy. If the retail store is unable to accept your return, simply return to B&G Organics for an exchange or refund.

return procedure

To return a product, the product must be purchased within the last 30 days. Please include the following information:
•Indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement.
•Include a copy of the invoice or receipt with order number and date of purchase.
•Reason for return.
•Email address or phone number where you can be reached.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not reimbursable.

products damaged during shipment

If products are damaged during shipment please contact us at customerservice@bandgorganics.com or call us at 910-235-4166. Please provide order number, email and phone number. Also, please retain the shipping box,
packing materials and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
